This was the worst experience I have ever had with any services. It is a scams. They're completely incompetent... See my experience below
I just got an email from you with the resume exactly the same as the 1st draft with none of the changes that I requested below. I hope you are not serious:) Is this a joke? If it is, it is not very funny and not a good way to treat your customers. I hope I am the one being cheated by JC Resume this way. If this is the way JC Resume deals with this customers, this would give JC Resume a very bad reputation!!!

The revision period will be ended tomorrow, March 31st. I have sent the below revision request to JC Resume on March 25th without being heard from anyone from JC Resume!!! I am hoping to hear back from someone from JC Resume soon.
I am a Senior Network and Security Architect. My responsibilities are architecting, designing, implementing, network and security infrastructures, including Operation Management NOT just Operation Management J These skills would not stand out if some recruiters take a quick glance at this draft resume. The attachment includes my current role and previous role that I have held at GE. Please update the introduction section and GE experience section to include those in the attachment. Please also reorganize the Training, Certifications & Technical Expertise section to categorize different trainings together, for exampleCisco CCNA, Cisco CCNP, and Cisco CCIE are grouped together. And Window training are grouped together, etc.
MiscellaneousBinh.Nguyen@oakwood.org is no longer valid. My new work email is email@example.comDetail-oriented is specified in the introduction but there are a lot of errors in this draft which is opposite detail-orientedSuch as:Home :( 734) 362-7089Mobile: (734) 604-5096: a space is missingPlease replace this with: Home: (313) 409-1389 Mobile: (734) 604-5096Invalid date: 06/20102015 – Present? Should be 06/2010 – PresentThe only good thing about this draft version is the format. The writing appears as it has been put together by an intern or someone with very little resume writing experience, like myself, without anyone else auditing as states in JC Resume website L The only reason I am reaching out to JC Resume is because I am not an expert in Resume writing and reaching out to JC Resume for help. Would it possible to have some else working on my resume instead of the writer who has been working on this for almost two weeks to come up with draft? Please let me know if you have any question or need more information. I am looking forward to hear back from JC Resume soon.
